Believe it or not, Epoch was the very first company to ever make Dragonball figures. They stated producing Dragonball toys in 1986, but lost the licence one year, (Or a year and a half.) later when it ultimatly went to Bandai. Because of this, all Epoch toys are extreamly rare, and highly sought after by collectors. One of the many hallmarks of Epoch toys, are the incredibly colorful and striking packaging designs as you'll notice below. They also seemed to have quite the specialty for play sets, many of which included figures of rare characters never to be immortalized in plastic again.
